which aim to provide financial protection to the participants as a result of the dissolution of labor income. old age insurance program organized by the retirement savings system in which participants are required to pay dues old age security program by 5.7%, comprising 2% is paid by workers and 3.7% is paid by the employer company. therefore have to pay dues, participants are entitled to claim old-age security. however, there is provision harusdiperhatikan in demanding pension, as labor has reached the age of 55 years, death, permanent disability, employment is terminated after working a minimum of 5 years with a waiting period of one month, be civil servants, members of the national police / TNI.
2. The work accident insurance program.
which aims to provide compensation to workers who have an accident when leaving for work, during work. when home from work, and suffered from work-related diseases. the amount of work accident insurance program fees range from 0:25% -1.75% from the corresponding wage type group effort.
3. The life insurance program.
which aims to provide protection to the beneficiary of the participant worker who died not because of accidents. program provides the benefits of life insurance death benefits seaesar Rp. 20,000,000, funeral costs Rp. 2,000,000, and periodic compensation of Rp. 200,000 per month for 24 months.
